If you want to return purchased goods, please follow these steps:
1. Return period:
- You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt .
2. Return conditions:
- The goods must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging with tags.
3. Return procedure:
A) Through your account:
- Log in to your account and click on "Return Goods" .
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Pack the goods and wait for an email with the return code.
- If the goods were delivered via Zásilkovna: Send the package from the nearest delivery point or Z-Box using the assigned code.
- If the goods were delivered via PPL: Use the assigned QR code and send the package from the nearest DELIVERY POINT OR Parcel Box
B) Via the form:
- Fill out the return form
- Pack the goods and attach the form.
- Send the package to:

4. Return conditions:
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund your money within 14 days using the same method you used to pay.
- For cash on delivery , a manual transfer of money will be made to the account you provided. The money will be sent after receipt and inspection of the goods within 14 days.
